Breaking up for Christmas is something that teachers and students are all looking forward to, so it makes sense to have a celebration to mark the occasion. There are plenty of different ways to do this, but they are all sure to be improved by the addition of Hog Roast Marazion’s festive menu!
Earlier this academic term, Hog Roast Marazion was contacted by a local school in Cornwall to arrange catering at their annual Christmas party. Every December the whole school is invited to a festive celebration with lots of party games, a tasty seasonal lunch, and a Christmas jumper competition. It is always a great afternoon and is fun for staff and students to enjoy as a way to gather together before the Christmas break. This year, Hog Roast Marazion will be serving our festive buffet menu at the school, with plenty of dishes for everyone to enjoy. Our catering manager Paul is looking forward to working at this event and helping everyone to get into the Christmas spirit with some delicious seasonal cooking!
In preparation for this event, Paul and the Hog Roast Marazion team will arrive at the school in the morning and prepare all of the dishes on-site for the 1:00pm serving time. We will begin by whole-roasting the turkeys, which is the perfect method for ensuring the meat is succulent and full of natural flavour and juices. Once ready, the carved turkey will be served alongside all of the traditional trimmings, including roasted potatoes, pigs in blankets, cauliflower cheese, glazed carrots and peas, sprouts, and homemade gravy. Overall, this menu should be a great addition to this event and will be the perfect menu for enjoying at the Christmas party. The Hog Roast Marazion team is eager to cater to this occasion and celebrate Christmas while surrounded by hundreds of excited students!
