For Jenna’s 30th birthday, she wanted to host a themed party for her friends and family to enjoy. To begin the planning process, she needed to decide on which theme to go for. After researching a few options, she decided that she wanted every guest to dress up as something that she loves, so she could see what everyone associates her with! She planned to host the party at a function room local to her home in Cornwall, so all that was left to arrange was the catering. After finding our menus online, she reached out to our catering manager Paul to find out which buffet would be ideal for her party. After discussing her needs, Paul suggested that a Gourmet BBQ would be ideal, as it combines so many different dishes together to create a delicious menu.
When the day of the party arrived, Paul and the Hog Roast St Agnes team arrived at the venue and began to prepare the menu. For the main dishes, we prepared pork sausages, juicy beef burgers, marinated chicken kebabs, veggie sausages, and halloumi and vegetable skewers. The mains were served with fresh bread rolls, alongside seasonal salad dishes, homemade chips, corn on the cob, and mac and cheese. Overall, this creates a delicious and varied menu with plenty of different options for the guests to choose from.
