Cooking up a treat in Blackwater

As I’m sure you are aware, it’s important to keep you energy up on the cold evenings, and with the chill we’ve been feeling the past couple of days I’m confident that our hot pork baps are going to go like the proverbial hot cakes. I’ll be up early sorting out a huge hog and checking over the equipment this weekend to make sure everything goes the way it should this weekend we like to be prepared. If I’m lucky I’ll be able to snatch a quick hour for lunch and a bit of a stroll before I meet the team to get to roast in the evening. Personally, I’m looking forward to the Monday night event the most which is booked in for the 3rd of December one of our first Christmas party bookings – I have my day off on the Tuesday next week so I can get into the swing of things and enjoy myself a bit once we’ve finished serving and packing away on the Monday.
