In preparation for Christmas, the Hog Roast Charlestown team has been hired by Hollie to provide catering at an upcoming event at her community centre. Hollie works in community outreach and is in charge of organising events that will appeal to all members of her local community in Cornwall. While working this job, she has found that nothing brings people together quite like enjoying a great meal, which is why she hired Hog Roast Charlestown to cater for the festive event. Our catering manager was hired to provide a delicious festive buffet menu at the venue, with plenty for 150 guests to enjoy.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Charlestown team will arrive at the centre in the morning to give us plenty of time to prepare for the 2:00pm serving time. We will begin by whole-roasting the turkeys and ensuring that they are packed full of natural juices and flavours. Once it is time to serve the menu, the succulent meat will be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls or a gluten-free alternative. Additionally, we will be serving glazed sprouts and carrots, roasted baby potatoes, pigs in blankets, and delicious cauliflower cheese. Overall, this menu will include everything that is expected of a traditional Christmas dinner, served buffet style to allow every guest to enjoy what we have to offer. Our catering is sure to be a great addition to this event and is bound to set the festive mood!
