Recently, the Hog Roast Barnstaple team catered for Amy’s eighteen birthday at a local social club. She had invited lots of friends and family and could not wait to throw a big party. Her parents had helped her to organise the party and had enjoyed a Hog Roast from the team at one of their friend’s parties so they hired the Hog Roast team to provide a buffet for Amy’s guests. Amy’s parents did not want to let their daughter down on her special day but they knew they could trust the Hog Roast Barnstaple team to deliver some fantastic food for the evening.
Amy chose the Southern Slow Roast menu from the selection of private party menus offered by the Hog Roast Barnstaple team. She chose the BBQ pork butt, the Texan 24 hour beef brisket and fall off the bone Louisiana sticky pork ribs to serve as the main meats on the buffet table. To be served alongside the main meats, Greek salad, corn cobettes, mac and cheese and Cajun spiced sweet potato wedges. In addition to the main meats, the Hog Roast Barnstaple team also served a vegetarian option which consisted of grilled vegetable and halloumi wraps with Tzatziki sauce. The whole buffet was served with bread rolls and wraps presented in wicker baskets to ensure that the Hog Roast had a casual feel to suit the party atmosphere.
The catering menu also came with a gazebo provided by the Hog Roast team accompanied by lights. The party had a fantastic atmosphere and all of the guests had a great time dancing the night away at the venue. Amy had also hired a DJ to ensure that her eighteen was a party she would not forget. All of the guests, including Amy, also really enjoyed the food and everyone found something they really enjoyed on the buffet. She would definitely recommend the Hog Roast to all of her family and friends in order to create the perfect party atmosphere for a large group of people. Overall, it was a brilliant night and a great way for Amy to celebrate the milestone.
