We have years of experience under our belts and gained a wealth of loyal customers who come back to us time and time again at Hog Roast Coswarth. We enjoy what we do and when our customers are happy then we are happy! We had a large event to cater for last week it was at a cat show being held in the middle of nowhere. It was the first time we had catered for these guys they hold the event every year and their regular caters had gone into liquidation and they stumbled upon us. We said we would be pleased to cater for them and arrived nice and early to get started on the Hog Roast Coswarth.
When we arrived we glanced through the window and watched as cat owners were frantically grooming their pets for the show ahead and the cats looked so cute! We were shown into a room to cater from and began to cook. We brought with us chickens to cook and placed the chickens onto cook these take no time at all. As the chickens cooked we made some salads and slaws and an array of dips and sauces. We placed baskets of wraps on the tables that we had just freshly baked and some scotch eggs, quiche, mini sausage rolls all baked fresh by us too. We laid out all the crockery and cutlery it takes us no time at all as we have years of experience we have it off to a tee! We were just about ready when the guests arrived and the organiser came over to personally thank us and said we had “saved the day!”
The chickens were juicy and full of goodness the meat just fell of the bone the guests were saying the Hog Roast Coswarth food was incredible and a huge step up to which they normally had. The organiser was so impressed she asked if we could make this a regular thing and come very year? We said we would love to and left feeling happy that we had another regular client to add to our ever growing list. The biggest compliment of all is when customers keep coming back and with us they always do.
