It all starts off with us welcoming your guests to the venue with both reception drinks and a selection of handmade canapés, followed by a starter, two main courses accompanied by a potato option and fresh salads or seasonal vegetables and then two desserts, with an evening buffet main and sides to boot.
We have all kinds of amazing possibilities for your reception meal, such as canapés of chicken liver parfait, an Indian selection, mini fish and chips, fillet of beef and handmade gourmet sausages and a starter like Scottish smoked salmon or roast duck breast. You get to choose two main courses from a free-range hog roast, turkey or chickens or spit-roasted lamb or beef sirloin and if you need a vegan or vegetarian option, our grilled skewers or barbecued pulled jackfruit are sure to do the trick. Then a couple of plated desserts like sticky toffee pudding, fresh fruit salad, individual cheesecakes, chocolate torte or vacherins of strawberries and passion fruit cream will finish the feast off perfectly alongside your wedding cake.
