We have been busy this week doing a large bbq and hog roast in Foxhole. The village is just down the road from our base and I knew a lot of the guests at the event so I was on my best behaviour. It was pleasant to be working so close to home I even had time for a cooked breakfast before I set off on my 2 minute drive to the event. We had a lovely 52 kilo free range pig for the event. I spit roasted it from scratch at the venue and we had quite a crowd at one point watching.
