The sun was blazing, making it the perfect weather for a BBQ, and the couple had invited 30 close family members to soak up some rays and feast on delicious food.
Hog Roast Newquay arrived at the couple’s home long before the guests, and we used our time wisely to prepare a buffet of grilled meats and sides. Using fresh, locally sourced meat, we whipped up gourmet sausages, chicken kebabs, spareribs, and beef burgers. Veggie burgers and veggie sausages were also on the menu, giving the non-meat-eaters something to rave about.
The sides were equally impressive. Our chefs crafted a zesty, flavourful coleslaw from scratch, a pasta salad with mixed roasted veg, and new potatoes tossed in herb butter. Hog Roast Newquay made sure Karen and Graham didn’t have to lift a finger, even after the guests arrived. All they had to worry about was having a good time.
