The couple, hailing from Plymouth, chose a stunning beachfront venue to exchange their vows, surrounded by 125 of their nearest and dearest.


The venue, with its stunning indoor setting overlooking the sea, provided the ideal backdrop for Erin and Caleb’s nuptials, offering both protection from potential rain showers and a mesmerising ocean view.

Under the expert guidance of our catering manager, Paul, the couple opted for our most luxurious wedding menu, and we were determined to exceed their expectations.


As the newlyweds stole away for private photos, our team ensured guests were kept busy with glasses of bubbly and an array of delectable canapés. From mini quiches to handmade sausages, roasted duck, and chicken satay skewers, every bite resulted in an explosion of flavours.


As the festivities continued, speeches were shared, and Hog Roast St Ives presented a sumptuous starter of smoked Scottish salmon with Atlantic prawns, avocado on brown bread, and a zesty Bloody Mary sauce, all elegantly plated and served to seated guests.


For the main event, guests indulged in a buffet of spit-roasted English lamb, free-range whole-roast chickens, and BBQ-pulled jackfruit rolls, accompanied by an assortment of side salads and creamy dauphinoise potatoes. The feast was met with rave reviews, with guests eagerly returning for seconds and thirds.


To cap off this epic feast, Hog Roast St Ives delighted guests with vacherins of strawberries and passion fruit cream, along with decadent chocolate tortes, satisfying every sweet tooth craving.
