Our recent event was in St Merryn. With this being a wedding celebration we had champagne and canapés to start with, the choice of eight to choose from. Fillet of beef in Yorkshire pudding, horseradish sauce and smoked salmon with black cracked pepper and lemon on floured bread. Canapes were all served by hog roast St Merryn whilst the guests got settled into the marquee and prepared themselves for both a lamb and a pig being roasted and served along with all the trimmings, which included spring green leaf salads and tomato and mozzarella sauce with our homemade gourmet coleslaw. Desserts were to follow this, apple pie with Cornish clotted cream or Eton mess being the choices.
Once this was all consumed the guests partied on into the early hours of the morning having a few cocktails in between, another successful celebration for hog roast St Merryn complete.
