From PPE and adapted menus to the sanitation station and the Gourmet Delivery service, we have implemented lots of recent changes here, which are helping our customers and clients to carry on celebrating in a way that’s as close to normal as possible.
With it recently haven been Guy Fawkes night, the Hog Roast Truro team was rushed off their feet with bookings as the nation observed the annual festivities in a way that was different from tradition. From drive-thru fireworks displays to intimate, household-only gatherings, our succulent spreads were the icing on the cake for many families this year.
One of many to have indulged in our tasty grub was Alison and her family. Ahead of the bonfire night celebrations, the client had placed an order with Hog Roast Truro for a delivery version of our classic hog roast menu. Featuring generous portions of juicy pulled pork, crispy and salty crackling, homemade applesauce and sage and onion stuffing, which had been packed onto gluten-free rolls, this soul-warming feast was ideal for adding a special touch to the occasion.
The freshly-prepared food delivery was dropped off in a socially-distanced manner at Alison’s door on the 5th of November, and with the aromatic fragrances filling the air, the family wasted no time in getting stuck in! They loved the food and were pleased to have something tasty to keep them warm from within as they watched the distant fireworks from their garden.
