Wanting their big day to feel relaxed and easy-going, the couple gathered 80 guests at The Barn at Pengelly and invited Hog Roast Truro to handle the catering. Since we know that venue like the back of our hand by now, we had everything set up and sizzling in no time. Our Gourmet BBQ was the couple’s chosen menu, and honestly, they couldn’t have picked better. The Barn setting suits this kind of menu perfectly and guests didn’t waste any time tucking in, piling plates high with beef burgers, sausages, sticky ribs and chicken kebabs, with fried onions and cheese for anyone tempted. Non-meat-eaters had grilled veggie kebabs or BBQ pulled jackfruit sliders, plus salads and fries for everyone to share.
