This weekend we have a wedding planned and they want a hog roast in Indian Queens the couple are hoping for a Christmassy feel to their event and are hoping for snow on their big day, the food for the event in Indian Queens will be one of our more complex menus. We are cooking a selection of six different canapés to start for the guests then seating everyone to start the serving of the soup then table by table they will queue as we serve with a fresh bread roll for dipping. For the main a carvery of hog roast Indian Queens meat has been selected Turkey, Beef and Pig will be on offer for the guests to choose from with a variety of seasonal vegetables. We love doing these bigger events because you can really get stuck into the cooking and planning. Don’t get me wrong the smaller menu pig in a bun events are fun but you can’t beat a good wedding. Everyone is always so happy and they always have a good time. We are loading the vans tomorrow ready and then we will be onsite on Friday building our kitchen I can’t wait.
