Last Minute Hog Roast in St Columb Minor.

Last week our team headed down to St Columb Minor for a small party of 25. This event was a last minute booking and lucky for them we managed to squeeze it into our diary. We started the cooking process off at our depot. Sarah wanted the “pulled pork” effect so we roasted the suckling pig slowly for 12 hours to create the ultimate pulled pork.

Once we arrived onsite our team set up the buffet table with fresh white linen and arranged the bakes rolls, homemade apple sauce, sage stuffing and set the hog roast St Columb Minor aside the table. Everyone had seconds as there was plenty of juicy meat to tuck into.
