On Saturday we had 3 teams out catering for various parties throughout Cornwall and Devon. Two were Birthday parties with a wedding near Hog Roast Charlestown. The guests arrived and were served celebration drinks, a fine selection of wines and champagne, followed by salmon, fillet beef and mini jacket potato canapes.
Next, whist we prepared the salads along with gourmet homemade coleslaw on site ,as the Hog Roast Charlestown pig and lamb roasted away slowly in their machines, soon it was time to serve buffet style with jacket wedges.
Once everyone had been served and several had seconds!!!! We collected all the refuse and packed away quietly as the disco began to really liven up, we left leaving the guest to party the night away as we all had to be on the road again Sunday for an engagement party!!
