We were recently catering at the Carnglaze Caverns based at St Neot near Liskeard.
All drinks and menus were consumed within the caves making the whole day so much different to a normal day hog roasting. We served the reception drinks and with the temperature of the caves always being 10C the drinks provided by the bride and groom were chilled to perfection.
A selection of canapes were served including mini pizza, smoked salmon, Duck wraps and Haloumi Kebabs, shortly followed by a whole roasted St Neot hog roast and sirloins of slowly roasted beef served with red wine gravy. The wedding cake was then served with a fruit coulis and Cornish cream and also double cream if desired.
A few hours later and we had prepared Hot Bacon & Sausage Barms served with a Selection of Sauces & Jacket Wedges, they seemed to go down a treat and we tidied up disposing of all the refuse, leaving the guest to party hard and strong late into the night!!!!!
