It may surprise you that Hog Roast Pendeen doesn’t only cook hog roasts; after all, it’s part of our name! Nevertheless, we understand the need for variety and choice when catering, as well the fact that special diets may need to be provided, so when you take a look at our menus, you’ll see that we strive to achieve this. Whether you want to select one of our menus, mix and match dishes between menus or let us help you create your own bespoke one, we can help make your party or event a great success, regardless of the formality, location or number of guests you’re inviting.
In terms of mains, we can cook a traditional hog roast in order to make pigs in buns (otherwise known as hog roast rolls) or a plated meal alongside seasonal vegetables, potatoes and our homemade trio of apple sauce, stuffing and gravy. However, you may prefer spit-roasted meat, like turkey, lamb, beef or chicken, or our Hog Roast Pendeen Southern Slow Roast Menu where we marinate three meats of your choice, slow-cook them on the day and serve with four sides too. We can also provide handmade canapés, starters, desserts, sides and waiter-served drinks if needed, as well as dishes for vegetarians, vegans and those on a gluten-free diet. Plus if you need alternative diets catering, just let us know when you book and on the day, our chef will freshly make the delicious suitable option that you’ve chosen.
Our Hog Roast Pendeen experts recently catered a wedding anniversary celebration, where we were asked to make our Loaded Fries for most of the thirty-five guests. New to this year, our Loaded Fries are freshly-cooked chips covered in your choice of either beef brisket or pulled pork and smothered in your choice of a spicy or zesty slaw and topped off with melted cheese. They’re a taste sensation and for this party, most guests enjoyed our pulled pork and spicy slaw version, with the vegetarian guests enjoying our veggie skewers with halloumi and a rainbow of fresh vegetables, and by the end of the evening, everything we had made had been completely devoured.
