Welcome to this months Blog.
What a month already!! It is only the start and we are still buzzing here in our office. We are taking numerous calls and bookings. We have already visited a local farm where we have bought some rare breed lamb for one of our customer’s that we are to cater for.
We are also catering for a Valentine’s Day single’s night. We have catered for these types of events in the past and this is where people can buy a ticket for the night in the hope of finding love. You receive stickers and if you are already in a relationship you put on a red sticker, if you are single but not interested, an amber sticker and a green sticker if you are looking for love. So it is like a traffic light. Everyone gets to mingle with a drink and meet new people. We are there in the background making sure our meat is cooked to perfection.
