February has been and gone, we’ve been on the road every weekend with many bookings and enquiries still coming in almost daily!!!
Saturday we were at a wedding reception at St.Breward Village Hall with a hog roast menu 1 for the newlyweds Jamie & Karen. The rain didn’t stop all the time we were there!!! We arrived two hours before the hog roast St. Breward serve time, soon we had the Gazebo set up with the pig continuing to cook and crisp the crackling to perfection. We set up inside which was perfect for all, allowing us to serve in the warmth, therefore the 150 guest didn’t have to go out to get there food. As with all our menu 1’s, we provided a selection of both floured and crusty rolls served alongside the pork and crispy crackling with our own homemade sage and onion stuffing recipe. With also a selection of sauces the pig was served all going down a treat with many many great compliments of how tasty and tender the meat was with the crackling being the crackliest, tastiest ever!!!!
Once all were served and several came up for a second helping of the hog roast St. Breward, we collected all the disposable plates and napkins and tidied our equipment away leaving the guests to party long into the night!!!
