We often meet customers who have sadly been disappointed by other catering services, especially when it comes to bad service and poor food quality. We pride ourselves on providing our customers with excellent, professional service each and every time, as well as cooking terrific, high-quality food that we would want to be served ourselves.
One of the things that we do so well is cooking a hog roast Gweek, of course – it’s undoubtedly our most popular meal to be asked to supply, being named hog roast caterers! – and we always do this fresh at your venue in person. We source it from trusted local suppliers, cook it totally from scratch and carve the whole pig right in front of you after slow roasting it to a juicy beauty.
When we spoke to Georgia, she had reservations about using a hog roast caterer again due to a very bad experience with a different company. Since being recommended to us by a close friend we have managed to get her faith in hog roasters restored. We wouldn’t have it any other way, as we want to provide food that is not only tasty, but also well presented. Georgia wanted to give us a chance, and we wanted to show her that not all catering companies are the same.
On the day of her parents’ wedding anniversary party, we tried to ease Georgia’s concerns by showing her exactly how we work. We walked her through preparing the meat before being cooked, showed her how we cook it and how we follow food safety policies, and how we check the meat to see if it has been cooked through and through. This was just what she needed to allay her fears, and we’re sure after tasting our succulent hog roast Gweek on the day, Georgia will now be more confident to trust others, too.
