Now let’s do a throwback too little Lydia’s christening last April. A bright, sunny day filled with blessings, memories and great food. To celebrate Lydia’s Christening, Mike and Racheal had ordered Hog Roast Mullion’s finest Hog Roast and salads – a great choice.
Hog Roast Mullion are hog roast specialists, working in the food industry for 15 years. The catering manager knows exactly how long the pig needs to cook on low to ensure a tender and juicy meat that just falls off the bones and melts in the mouth. The secret to make their sage and onion stuffing extremely flavourful… pour the homemade breadcrumb mixture in the juices of the pig – everyone always comments on how tasty the stuffing is! Hog Roast Mullion also knows how to make the crackling crisp up perfectly to make that crunch as people take a bite!
Lydia’s grandparents had hired a bouncy castle and some outdoor toys so children’s laughter filled the hears and delicious food filled their tummies! Lydia was only 9 months so was able to have a little taster of her special food, but her 1 year old puppy, especially enjoyed the pigs ear! The gorgeous spaniel was very patient and first in the queue! Hog Roast Mullion seem to attract furry friends in this job.
Despite being attacked by wasps and Hog Roast Mullion’s catering manager having to guard the apple sauce from the menacing wasps, it all went smoothly! Everyone was happy with the food and enjoyed the two fresh salads on the side.
