Last night we did a Hog Roast in Trencreek for the engagement for John and Claire at their new home. It turned out to be a great party with great celebrations. We arrived at 17:30 in plenty of time to serve at 20:30, we erected the Gazebo and swiftly set up in the back garden, making and preparing the salads and homemade gourmet coleslaw alongside new boiled potatoes draped in butter and parsley. The pig was carved by our hog roast Trencreek chef and food served onto high quality disposable plates. Once the guest had finished and several came back for seconds we placed any food left over on covered platters and placed in the fridge for the guest later on in the evening. By now the disco was ramping up and the party in full swing!!!! We collected all the rubbish and our equipment and left the guest to party into the early hours.
