Last weekend at Spitting Pig, we catered for a lovely wedding party in the village of Angarrack. The lovely couple had opted for our menu 4, with succulent and juicy hog roast pork. Once we had set up our serving tables, we started preparing the salads on the menu, which were our fresh Gourmet Coleslaw, Spring Green Leaf Salad and Tomato, Basil and Mozzarella. Just as we started preparing the salads the guests started to arrive to the Angarrack wedding venue.
The hog roast was on show and everyone popped over the serving area to have a look at what we were up to. To accompany the hog roast pork and freshly made salads we served crusty bread rolls, one of our delicious homemade quiches and a variety of sauces and dips. The food looked and smelt amazing and at 12:30pm we started to pull the succulent hog roast. Everyone watched as we pulled the pork ready to be served and many couldn’t wait to get stuck in. We served at 1pm promptly and everyone came rushing up to get some of the hog roast. The comments on how great the food looked and tasted were fantastic and everyone really enjoyed our service, especially the newly wedded couple. Another great event at hog roast Angarrack.
