Team on the day: super – friendly, unruffled , professional, efficient, – coped with wind and weather with no fuss
Food: excellent! Pork & salads were very popular – presentation and service very good, timing right on the button, so all went very smoothly
Finishing up – very smooth, no fuss, clean as a whistle
