The opportunity to expand their customer base and the chance to soak up the ambience of the well known winter market was too good an opportunity to miss.
Hog Roast Truro conferred with one another closely to concoct a menu that would be enticing and good value for money for the people who would attend the market. Hog roast rolls were obviously the first item on the menu as it is a team speciality and client favourite. But there was so much more than just the mouth-wateringly succulent meat. Also on the menu was a selection of vegetarian alternatives, such as Mac and Cheese, stuffing and vegetable skewers, as the team felt it was absolutely essential to cater for all dietary requirements. But the product the team thought would be most popular was the loaded fries; they are a team speciality and are mouth-wateringly good, the team felt sure that no one would be able to resist such tantalisingly tasty treats.
As the big day dawned the whole team made an effort to work hard to pitch the gazebo and get to work. Two hogs had to be scored and set to sizzle in the Hog Master Pro. The brisk air and harsh wind were hard conditions to work in, but the wind wafted the scent of sizzling hog roast all across the market.
