Hog Roast St CleerWith her father, Robert’s 60th birthday just around the corner, Mia and her brother Liam were keen to push the boat out, by arranging for him to enjoy one of his favourite meals of all time, a traditional hog roast. After hearing all about Hog Roast St Cleer from their friends, they decided to contact us themselves. The pair found talking to our customer service team very helpful and after discussing our menu options in more detail, they placed a booking for our classic hog roast buffet with a meat-free alternative and a few salad-based side dishes.

On the day of the surprise party, the catering crew made their way to Mia’s home which had been decorated with countless balloons all sporting the number 60, and matching birthday banners. With no time to waste, the team began preparing the meaty feast and just a handful of hours later the guests arrived to witness the completion of the stunning hog roast centrepiece.

When Robert arrived at his daughter’s home, he was shocked to see the spread that was waiting for him, and as the man of the hour, he was given the honour of diving in first.  With so many delicious flavours to choose from, he certainly wasn’t disappointed; and while the meat lovers tucked into the slow-roasted pig with all the trimmings, Hog Roast St Cleer treated the vegetarian and vegan guests to our lip-smacking grilled veggie skewers with optional haloumi which they served with a selection of flatbreads and tangy tzatziki dip.
