When you’re organising any kind of special occasion where you want food to be an important feature and you decide that you want to leave it in the hands of caterers, you’ll want to know that you’re in safe hands, with capable, experienced professionals who care about their customers’ wants and needs. With Hog Roast St Just, you get all this and so much more. From delicious homemade dishes created out of fresh, high-quality ingredients, which are local where possible, to our great wealth of choice and variety within our extensive menus and top-class service to boot, you’re sure to wow your guests when you decide to leave the catering in our highly-capable hands.
In terms of our culinary talents, they extend much further than the traditional centrepiece hog roasts that we’re renowned for, so you’ll see from our menus that we also offer spit-roast mains, like beef, lamb, turkey and chicken, and special standalone menus like our Southern Slow Roast and Loaded Fries. Fancy something a bit more exotic? Just ask us what other meats we can cook for you and your guests. Need options for guests on special diets? We can easily cater for vegetarians, vegans and those who are gluten-free but we can also easily cater for more diets too; just let us know what your requirements are.
Hog Roast St Just catering also gives you the possibility to build your own menu, whether that’s mixing and matching items between our menus or us helping you to create one from scratch, so we could provide a three-course spread with a starter, main and dessert, one that also includes welcome drinks and canapés or simply just a main and a side if you prefer.
Sometimes, however, one of our scrumptious mains, with no added extras, is just the ticket, and for a birthday party that we catered on Sunday, Hog Roast St Just cooked a hog roast for hours on end, so that we could make piles of pigs in buns for forty guests. Once the meat had rested, we filled fresh bread rolls and wraps with meat, crackling and our homemade apple sauce and stuffing, and the guests were invited to dig in. And that they did!
