FAQ: From Booking Timeframes To Cancellations, Hog Roast Bodmin Answers Your Most-Asked Questions!

People are always pinging us questions, which we honestly love because it means you lot are as excited about food as we are. So, we thought why not throw a couple of our most-asked questions into one easy spot to make it easier for you?

Ready? Let’s go!

How Far In Advance Should I Book?

Hog Roast BodminThere’s no rule carved in stone here. But if you’ve got a date in mind, our advice is simple – get in touch early.

We’re not saying that to sound pushy; it’s just that our diary fills up faster than you’d believe. Summer weekends? Gone in a flash. Christmas? The bookings start pouring in from July! So, if you already know when the party’s happening, grab your slot before someone else does.

Booking early also gives you room to breathe. Guest numbers go up and down, menus change, someone’s aunt suddenly decides she’s vegan… hey, it happens. But the earlier you’re booked in, the easier it is for Hog Roast Bodmin to tweak everything so no one’s left nibbling on salad.

That said, we’re not afraid of a last-minute dash either. We’ve rocked up to plenty of events with just a few days’ notice. As long as we’ve got a free team and can get our hands on the right ingredients, we’ll be there. Challenge accepted.

What Happens If I Need To Cancel?

Hog Roast BodminLife happens. We totally get it.

If plans go sideways (maybe the venue double-books, or the weather throws a tantrum) just give us a quick ring or drop us a message. The sooner we know, the more we can do to help. If it’s possible to move your booking to a new date, we absolutely will.

No judgement, no fuss. Just people trying to help people.

So yeah – book early if you can, but if things change, talk to us. At Hog Roast Bodmin, we’ll always do our best to keep the roast rolling and everyone smiling.

If there’s anymore questions we haven’t covered today, our inbox is always open. Get in touch to find out more or start the ball rolling on your next event!
