Hog Roast Totnes Celebrating A 21st Birthday Party

For Joe’s 21st birthday party that we were asked to cater, and did so over the weekend, Hog Roast Totnes cooked a hog roast to die for but we also cooked a vegetarian option of our tasty veggie skewers and catered for a guest with a gluten intolerance too. The fresh, local, high-quality hog itself cooked for hours on end once we’d prepared the meat, and we made piles of our famous pigs in buns for most of the guests. To make these delectable pieces of heaven, we add meat and crackling to soft, fresh bread rolls and wraps, add some of our amazing homemade apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing and then hand over to you and your guests to devour – with or without your choice of condiments added.

In terms of the gluten-free dish, that was actually our pigs in buns too, just with special bread rolls, as all the other ingredients are already suitable. For the vegetarian guests, we freshly prepared a rainbow of skewered vegetables and some lovely halloumi cheese, grilled to perfection, added to pitta bread and served with our Tzatziki dip.

Once all the guests at this milestone birthday party had been fed to the brim, we cleared away and left everyone to party the night away.
