We cook a mean hog roast of course – after all, our signature food is a part of our name – but we also cook scrumptious spit roasts with your favourite meat if preferred, like beef sirloin, English lamb, or whole-roasted turkeys or chickens. If a different meat is more to your taste, just let us know, as our trusty hog roasters can cook anything you set your heart on – they can even cook food inside like a conventional oven, such as your choice of potatoes and seasonal vegetables, if you’re after a sit-down plated meal.
