When we cater with a hog roast, our experienced Hog Roast Hayle professionals start at your venue several hours before serving. After preparing the meat, it sizzles away slowly but surely for ages, and then we carve away and serve as either a plated meal, together with seasonal vegetables, potatoes and our homemade trio of apple sauce, stuffing and gravy, or as pigs in buns (which you may know as hog roast rolls).
We can also barbecue or spit-roast meat or serve one of our specialty menus, including our Loaded Fries or our Southern Slow Roast, so carnivore guests are well-catered for. Veggie guests are too, however, with tasty options like quiche and halloumi and veg skewers, which we can make vegan if needed, and we can also easily cater for guests on other diets due to beliefs, intolerances or allergies, if you let us know in advance.

For a pre-wedding feast that we catered on Friday, the evening before we catered the actual wedding reception meal, our team worked hard to provide something for everyone, including mains of pigs in buns and vegetarian skewers, as well as sides that were suitable for everyone to eat, like our sweet potato wedges, coleslaw and corn cobettes. We filled tummies with gorgeous, fresh food and everything we served was gobbled up in no time at all.
