Good Afternoon, I hope you’re all okay today and looking forward to the weekend as it is Friday

This week we have been catering for events up and down the country, we did a fantastic BBQ in Morval on Thursday, catering for 60 people they picked (menu 3). From that they selected the Chicken Kebabs & Meaty Marinated Spare Ribs, salads, potatoes and delicious freshly made bread roles. This menu also includes a Spitting Pig Morval chef to prepare and calve your chosen meat, laying the table with a tablecloth, napkins and finally all the rubbish will be cleared away discreetly and taken off site.

Our guests had a great day, and without a crumb to be seen when we were clearing away; they were very satisfied with the hard work and time we committed to the job! At 5pm the catering staff loaded up the van and traveled back home in need of a good rest.

Spit Roasted Pig Served With Applesauce Stuffing & Crispy Crackling.

Spit Roasted Spring Lamb Seasoned With Rosemary Served With Mint and a Mustard & Dill Sauce.

Whole Spit Roasted Turkey Served With Fresh Cranberries and Sage & Onion Stuffing.

Spit Roasted Chicken Served With Chipolata Sausage, Stuffing and Homemade Onion Gravy.

                                                            Plus Vegetarian Option.

Crusty Bread Rolls and Selection of Sauces.

Select either Salad or Vegetables.

The main course will be served as a buffet; the chef will carve your meat while the waiting staffs serve the various other dishes.

For dessert, your wedding cake will be sliced, dressed and served on a buffet table.

When you book with Spitting Pig you get the complete service, we bring everything we need to cater for the event. This includes gazebos and covers if serving outside. The price you see is fully inclusive and there are no hidden costs or extras.
