Our dedicated Hog Roast Tintagel professionals catered a party for Hector yesterday evening, where we cooked a hog roast centrepiece to absolute perfection, in order to make our fabulous pigs in buns for more than forty guests. However, Hector also needed additional food served, including a vegetarian option and some side dishes, and decided on our popular veggie skewers and our spicy sweet potato wedges and coleslaw.

Our team arrived in the afternoon yesterday and despite the high winds, managed to set up our gazebo and equipment outside of the village hall, and cracked on with preparing the meat and setting it cooking. Hours later, it was time to grill the veggie skewers, which consisted of yummy halloumi, mushrooms, tomatoes, mixed peppers, courgette, and red onion, cook the wedges and prepare our homemade coleslaw, and Hector’s guests arrived just as the feast was ready to serve.
