With Helen’s 50th birthday approaching this spring, her daughter is currently in the process of planning a party that is bound to make the occasion memorable! The party is set to take place at a local function room, with plenty of drinks, a signature cocktail, a DJ, and a delicious meal from Hog Roast Carbis Bay. There is nothing that Helen loves more than a great night out and her daughter is making sure that this will be the best night ever! For the menu, Hog Roast Carbis Bay has been hired to serve a classic hog roast at the event, as well as a meat-free option. Our catering will be served buffet style as this is the most suitable option for ensuring that 120 guests all get a delicious meal as quickly as possible.
In preparation for this event, the Hog Roast Carbis Bay team is planning on arriving at the venue with plenty of time to prepare for the 9:00pm serving time. The hog will require around 4 hours to roast to perfection, when it will then be expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls. For meat-free guests, we will also be serving BBQ pulled jackfruit, which is a great meat alternative. As well as the mains, we will also be serving sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, crispy crackling, and fresh chips. Overall, our menu will have something for every guest to enjoy, and plenty to make this a night to remember!
