Hog Roast Trenance – Weekend BBQ!

We were catering for a BBQ last weekend with Hog Roast Trenance for a family party of 70 a small gathering to what we are used to but a very enjoyable one too. We arrived on time and were shown to the lovely back garden which to be honest looked more like a field with amazing views. The weather was lovely but we brought with us a gazebo just in case of rain.

Sausages and chicken legs were to be cooked with some roasted potatoes fluffy and crunchy is how we make them and we pride ourselves in our delicious potatoes. We prepared some salad bowls and used an assortment of leaves and cherry tomatoes with lashings of dressing. We made a trio of dips garlic, tomatoes and mustard all very popular.

Next it was time to put out our breads we brought with us white and brown wraps, finger buns, cheese topped rolls and some big soft rolls we placed these breads in baskets and finally made a big fresh bow of creamy coleslaw. When it was time to serve the sun was shinning bright and the meat cooked to perfection. The sausages are award winning sausages pure meat and cooked golden brown; the chicken was so moist and succulent and the meat just oozed with juiciness!

As the guests tucked into the Hog Roast Trenance food they asked how we did it we then pointed at our machine our machines turn out the finest meat time and time again and they are the best on the market from cooking a whole pig to cooking sausages and jacket potatoes the results are always the same first class. We chatted to lots of people at the event and were keen to hear what they thought of the food and they all agreed that the food was the best they had ever tasted we never get tired of hearing nice complements and we have never ever had bad feed back we aim to please and do with ease. As we left the event we were approached to see if we could fit a lady in early next week for a Hog Roast Trenance party. We checked our diary and the answer was yes and we left one very happy lady!
